1. Price information The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the arc website. Prices at our sites may be higher or lower than the purchase prices shown on our website. All prices are correct at time of display online and include VAT where appropriate. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed. Our VAT number is 461 6186 44.

2. Voucher validity All vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the date of dispatch. All vouchers that have expired will be deemed invalid. The voucher cash value of 0.001p. Defaced, damaged or copied copies will not be valid. Vouchers are only valid for the wash purchased. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

3. Ordering vouchers Our online site can accept orders originating from and for delivery to UK. We will ask for details of your billing address – this MUST be the address at which your credit/debit card is registered – and email/phone contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order. You will be given the opportunity to select a different delivery address later in the checkout process. Finally we will ask for details of the credit/debit card you wish to use to make your payment. Clicking 'order now' will generate and transmit your order and display a page confirming the details of your order for your records. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us either by email (customerservices@arc-carwash.co.uk) or telephone (01494 897 400, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when registering with our website, however this will not bring into existence a legally binding agreement between us. No contract will exist between you and ARC for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English.

4. Payment We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards through a secure sever. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase.

5. Validation checks All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Arc will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (eg Electoral Roll data). We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order, or we may be unable to accept your order.

6. Liability The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.

7. Delivery of vouchers We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Vouchers can be delivered either to your home address or to any other address of your choice within the UK. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for which a signature is required.

7a. Delivery charges If a product is available to purchase online, post and packaging is charged at £1.00 per order (to cover the cost of recorded delivery). You only pay one delivery charge irrespective of the number of products ordered.

7b. Delivery times Delivery times are calculated in working days – ie Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or national bank holidays). In case of bank holidays please allow an extra two working days. From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 10 working days providing the vouchers are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page.

IMPORTANT We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

AA Breakdown Repair Cover

This offer is only valid for AA Personal Breakdown Members and is not available for AA Customer Benefits Customers.

The offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. To be eligible for AA Breakdown Repair Cover you'll need to ensure that your vehicle; is less than 10 years old; has covered less than 100,000 miles when you register it with us; and is regularly serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations after it is registered with us.

Subject to these terms and conditions, cover is available for all vehicles eligible for assistance under AA membership (Personal or Vehicle membership) except for motor caravans, commercial vehicles, kit cars, motorcycles, taxis, private hire vehicles, driving schools and any vehicle used for hire or reward, trailers and vans. AA Car Data Check and Vehicle Inspections

Cottages4you

AA Driving School
