How to Claim
Once you've chosen your private medical insurance the most important thing you need to know is how to make a claim for the medical treatment you receive.
Step 1
Always visit your GP first. They need to refer you to a specialist before any necessary treatment can begin.
Step 2
Call AXA PPP healthcare before you see your specialist or arrange any treatment. They'll confirm whether you have sufficient cover and send you a claim form.
Step 3
Visit your specialist and take the claim form with you. The specialist will complete the claim form and will send it to AXA PPP healthcare for payment.
Step 4
If you need further treatment contact AXA PPP healthcare first. They'll confirm that your treatment is eligible and how to proceed.
