£100 Cash Back Promise Terms
Cash back is only available to new AA Home Insurance customers when you switch from your existing home buildings and/or contents insurer to the AA at renewal. This offer is not available retrospectively. Your existing renewal quote must be cheaper than the quote provided by the AA and must be for cover on a like for like basis with the AA Home Insurance policy. We will refund up to £100 for the difference in quotes. This cash back offer is limited to one claim per household.
To receive your cash back, you must send a copy of your current insurer's renewal documentation (which will not be returned to you) detailing cover and price within 28 days of the start of your new AA Home Insurance policy to the following address: £100 Moneyback, AA Insurance Services, PO Box 2AA, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE99 2AA.
If the AA at its discretion deems that you are eligible for cash back, you will be sent a cheque within 28 days of the later of (a) our receipt of the renewal documentation or (b) your first monthly instalment payment (if applicable). This offer is available in conjunction with current AA online or existing AA customer or member discounts but is otherwise not available in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or offer. This offer can be withdrawn or varied at any time.
