Home Emergency Cover

Home Emergency Cover provides the peace of mind that comes with knowing you're covered in the event of many household emergencies.

Our emergency helpline is available 24-hours a day and we'll pay up to £250 (including VAT) for call out, labour, parts and materials to cover an emergency service following an insured event.

Events covered by home emergency cover

Damage to doors, locks or windows which affects the security of your home
Making your home safe following a fire or burglary
Roof damage which affects the security of your home
Roof damage where there's a likelihood of flooding
Removal of wasp or hornet nests
Flooding or a significant risk of flooding caused by:
- burst or blocked pipes
- blocked drains
- damage to your water or heating system

How to make a home emergency cover claim

If an insured event happens, please call us on 0845 736 1361 and we'll send out a suitable repairer.
