No attempt is made to tell customers that 80 percent of the rooms can only be accessed by going outside and accross a courtyard - and they don't even bother to provide umbrellas. Our room did not have a wardrobe, just 12inches of rail covered by a curtain. There was no dressing table, no upright chair nor a table - and this was a 'superior' room! The internet access was in a bureau that had it's flap pointing down at an angle. A laptop would be in your lap if there was a chair to sit at.
