My family and I stayed 1 night DBB on weekend special offer. Meals were excellent and service good despite a Goth wedding at the hotel the same day/evening. I am now bringing a group of 13 to an event in Maidstone and the Grange Moor is our 1st choice of where to stay.

This hotel publishes one set of tariffs on its own website but when you come to pay they charge a higher set. The night porter dissapeared when we were waiting for breakfast and was rude to us hwhen I asked why. The hotel finally responsed to me complaint after several emails and telephone calls but has not responded to me follow up, other than to amend the prices on its website. A very disappointing experience.
