An elegant, Grade I listed Georgian building, just a few minutes' walk from Pulteney Bridge. The well-equipped bedrooms, which differ in size and style, provide plenty of comfort and have flat-screen TVs; suites and ground-floor rooms are available. The staff are particularly friendly and attentive, and contribute to an engaging and welcoming atmosphere. There is a courtyard terrace leading from the lounge/bar, where guests can enjoy an aperitif or lunch in the summer months. The Cavendish Restaurant offers a very creative and interesting menu in a relaxed, light and airy environment.

Impressive small hotel in a beautiful and well-presented classic Bath stone building near to center of Bath. Smart, traditional and welcoming. Staff were thoughtful, friendly and attentive. Period decoration without any stuffiness. Excellent suite perfectly configured for parents and children. Good bar for evening drinks and an excellent breakfast. Value for money. Memorable.
