This former coaching inn occupies an elevated position overlooking the town and the River Usk, with the ruins of the 11th-century castle in the grounds. Lovely views can be enjoyed from the restaurant and some of the bedrooms. The remaining public areas are roomy and relaxed in a contemporary style. Function and meeting rooms are available and even incorporate one of the castle walls. There is ample parking to the front of the property.
