Royal Dornoch Golf Club

Golf Road, DORNOCH, IV25 3LW

The championship course is rated among the world's top courses and is a links of rare subtlety. It appears amicable but proves very challenging in play with stiff breezes and tight lies. It is wild and isolated with a pure white sandy beach dividing it from the Dornoch Firth and has hosted golfers since 1616. It was granted a Royal Charter by King Edward VII in 1906. The unique features of the links land have been used to create a magical golfing experience. The 18-hole Struie links course provides, in a gentler style, an enjoyable test of a golfer's accuracy for players of all abilities. Every golfer should make at least one pilgrimage to this superb setting.
