One of the UK's premier festivals, the Reading Festival returns to Richfield Avenue with guitar-heavy rock spread across six stages. This year promises to be a sun-drenched sonic inferno with headliners including Muse and 2 Many DJs.
Supporting throughout the event are The Strokes, Pulp and the My Chemical Romance.
Newer names and odder angles can be found at the Festival Republic, NME/Radio 1 and Alternative stages. The festival's fully equipped campsite is open from Thursday with the crowd of campers growing right up until the final full day of performances on Sunday.
