Write a review
The machinery of this 18th-century mill has been completely restored. There are photographs and working models on display. Special milling days demonstrating the traditional process of making flour are also available. Situated on a busy quayside, the unique building looks over towards the historic site of the Sutton Hoo Ship Burial. Machinery will be operated using tidal power whenever possible, alternative power will be used when the tide is not favourable.
