The history of the Potteries under one roof, including a dazzling display of the world's finest collection of Staffordshire ceramics. Other displays introduce natural, local and archaeological history from in and around The Potteries, and a Mark 16 Spitfire commemorating its locally born designer - Reginald Mitchell. The museum has a continual display of the Staffordshire Hoard - the largest Hoard of Anglo-Saxon gold ever found.
