Write a review

The Priory of Clerkenwell was built in the 1140s by the Hospitallers and it is their remarkable story which lies behind the modern work of St John Ambulance. The Knights' surprising tale is revealed in the ground floor galleries housed in the Tudor gatehouse and includes furniture, paintings, silver, armour, stained glass and interactive, multimedia galleries. The museum has many new galleries and attractions.
