LONDON,

Write a review
Highgate Cemetery is the most impressive of a series of large, formally arranged and landscaped cemeteries, which were established around the perimeter of London in the mid-19th century. There's a wealth of fine sculpture and architecture amongst the tombstones, monuments and mausoleums as well as the graves of such notables as the Rossetti family, George Eliot, Michael Faraday and Karl Marx. It is also a Grade I listed park.
