Created in the ruins of a large Elizabethan house and set in unspoilt countryside, Sissinghurst Castle Garden is one of the most celebrated gardens made by Vita Sackville-West and her husband Sir Harold Nicolson. Fruit and vegetables grown on the estate are used in the Granary restaurant and the estate is open all year for walks.
