Description
Jersey Lavender grows nine acres of lavender, distils out the essential oil and creates a range of fine toiletry products. Visitors are able to see the whole process from cultivating, through to harvesting, distillation and the production of the final product. There is a national collection of lavenders, extensive gardens, herb beds and walks among the lavender fields. There are also other herbs that are grown and distilled, namely eucalyptus, rosemary and tea tree. The harvest season between early June and mid-August and during this time talks are given in the distillery.
