Home of the national collections of Dendrobium Orchids, Begonias and tree ferns, the Gardens consist of an arboretum, herbaceous borders, a herb garden, rose garden, and unusual vegetables. The Kibble Palace contains carnivorous plants, island flora and temperate plant collections.

Open all year. Gardens open daily 7-dusk. Glasshouses 10-6 (4.15 in winter)
