Stanford Park
Weirs Drove,
BURWELL,
CB25 0BP
A secluded site on the outskirts of Burwell set in four large fields with several attractive trees. The amenities are modern and well kept, and there are eight hardstandings hedged with privet.

the sites toilet/shower block was dirty, one shower curtain was slimey with filth. you have to pay for a shower which is not stated on net site or when booking. the chemical toilet disposal house was blocked and smelt. on the good side it was quiet and easy distance to the shops

We arrived at this campsite to be greeted by signs saying No children. The person in the office was completely unhelpful and unable to suggest any other campsites that might be able to accept us. Not a good experience having travelled 200 miles with a 1 year old

Don't consider staying at this site. On arrival in mid afternoon the reception was closed. Eventually the owner opened the office and booked us in. He insisted on us paying by cash. The reception was in a really poor state and smelt very musty and damp. We did not see the reception open again during our stay nor did we see any staff. All the ameneties, were in very poor condition. Surrounding the ameneties were caravans in a delapidated state which apppeared to be on site permanently.
