Customers paying for their membership on a monthly basis are not eligible for this offer. Qualifying purchasers can choose a voucher that can be spent at one of the following selected retailers: Pizza Express, Zizzi, Nando's, Beefeater Grill, T.G.I. Friday's, Starbucks, Costa, Caffè Nero, ODEON, Vue or Cineworld.
The voucher will be fulfilled on behalf of the AA by a third party (Xexec). After a validation period of 28 days, we'll send you a unique code and details by email or post, on how to choose and claim your voucher. You'll have three months from when you receive this code to select which retailer you want to spend your voucher at. Having redeemed your code, you'll be sent a voucher by email or post for your selected retailer. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The AA reserves the right to decline voucher claims where payment has not been received or a refund has been given.
Only one voucher will be allocated per policy and there is no cash alternative to the voucher (or any part of it). The offer ends 17 December 2014 and is not available to customers arriving from ‘cashback’ websites including Quidco, Top Cashback, Asperity and Greasy Palm. Yes, with AA Breakdown Cover you're always covered as a driver or a passenger. If you've got Personal membership (cover for you) this applies for any vehicle. With Vehicle membership (cover for your car), you're covered in the vehicle you registered when you bought your breakdown cover.
You can call us out five times in one membership year (seven times with Joint membership or eight with Family membership) without incurring any call-out charges.
If you break down, we've got the latest satellite technology to help find the shortest route to get to you. We also give priority to people in vulnerable situations. If you download our app we can locate you by using your mobile phone's GPS signal.

Your Roadside Assistance begins immediately after your online application has been successfully processed. If you provide your email address we'll email you confirmation of your cover. Your documents and membership card(s) will be posted to you within 28 days. Please note: Home Start, Relay and Stay Mobile benefits only start 24 hours after your membership begins. Breakdown Repair Cover (parts and garage cover) begins 14 days after your cover has started.

Yes. We provide a choice of easy payment methods. When you renew you can choose to set up a direct debit or a continuous payment by credit or debit card. These options will save you time in the future as we'll renew your cover automatically at the end of the year. You can also make a one-off payment with either a credit or debit card when renewing. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Alternatively, you can pay for your cover monthly directly from your bank account. Just call us on 0800 085 2721.

If you're not already paying on a continuous credit card or annual direct debit basis, you can choose a payment method to suit you.
