When arrived told we would be upgraded as there was a mix up over rooms. We were shown to a self contained place over the skittle alley. There was no hot running water, duvet cover as curtains in the living area, tried putting oven on for some heat, but because it was so fifthly, the smoke alarm kept going. Manager not very interested, so we checked out! Food rather pricey, although good. Seem to ration fire wood in the bar, so don't expect a late night. Would never recommend.
