Kemps not 5 star in our opinion. Room not vaccumed or set up for family. Had to request quilt on sofa bed mattress to soften springs. Sofa and baby cot netting torn. Furnishings dated - not appealing as website pics and musty; wardrobe smelt awful. Front views lovely, piles of rubble at back. Breakfast served quickly, however poached eggs hard. Young staff friendly and met requests promptly, but lack of 'experienced manager'. Enjoyed Dorset break but sadly not our '5 star' accommodation.
