Dating from the 18th century, this large detached house lies just north of the town centre. Refurbished to a high standard throughout, the bedrooms are spacious, comfortably appointed and well equipped. Breakfast is served in the light and airy dining room. A relaxing lounge is also available for guest use, as are the attractive gardens.
500yds N of town centre. Off B4234 Over Ross St onto Brookmead & up driveway

We received a warm and friendly welcome to this guest house and were very impressed by the quality of the decor. The large room was extremely comfortable and the grounds make a lovely place to sit out in the evening. The hosts were very helpful with imformation about places to see and have an evening meal. Next time we visit this area we will definately stay here!

Superb, luxurious accommodation - better than many hotels. Lovely atmosphere and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.
