Parts of this engaging cottage date back to the 15th century, and many period features have been retained. The welcome couldn't be warmer with tea and cakes in the lovely garden to get the stay off to a relaxing start. The setting is a haven of peace and tranquillity with a wonderful wooded hillside as a backdrop. Bedrooms are reassuringly cosseting with all the expected modern comforts. Breakfast features a host of locally sourced produce, and light snacks are also offered in the evenings.
