A warm welcome is assured at this 18th-century farmhouse which lies at the foot of Cader Idris amidst breathtaking scenery. The bedrooms are spacious and have Welsh oak furniture; the upper room has a balcony and the ground-floor room has a patio area. The bathrooms are large and luxurious. The superb breakfasts offer an excellent choice of home-made items including bread, preserves, muesli or smoked fish. Self-catering cottages are also available. Tyddynmawr Farmhouse was a Finalist in the AA Friendliest B&B of the Year Award 2012-13.
