Defect: There may be some instances where the bonding between the rear brake shoe and lining may not be to an acceptable standard. In a very small number of instances the lining may detach from the shoe leading to a loss of braking at the wheel where the failure has occurred.
Action: Recall potentially affected vehicles for inspection and replacement of the original brake shoes/linings with quality assured units.
