Defect: size 288mm x 15mm solid front brake discs may have been fitted instead of 288mm x 25mm ventilated discs. because of the extra clearance required for the ventilated disc a brake pad could fall out of the calliper as the pads wear down.
Action: Examine the front brake discs on all potentially affected vehicles and rectify where found necessary
