Defect: Due to the fitment of an incorrect ECU there is a risk of incorrect operation of the air bag system with a possibility of inadvertent deployment of the air bag.
Action: The affected vehicles are being recalled for a check on the type of ECU fitted. Vehicles found to be equipped with an incorrect ECU will have them replaced with the correct type.

Description: POTENTIAL LOSS OF SERVICE BRAKING SYSTEM

Defect: There is a possibility that residual air within the ABS unit can lead to poor operation of the anti-lock system, and a potential failure of the braking system.
Action: Vehicles should be checked for a green paint dab on the upper surface of the ABS unit (or for the 806, on the right hand front chassis leg behind the headlamp, between the build code and the manufacturers plate). If the paint dab is present no further action is required. If not present, the primary and secondary brake circuits should be bled using the approved method.
