Defect: The nuts securing the road wheels may not have been tightened to the correct torque and could become loose.
Action: Recall the affected vehicles and tighten the wheel nuts to the correct torque. Any damage to wheels or studs caused as a result of undertorqueing will be addressed at the recall.

Defect: On affected vehicles there may be inadequate clearance between the engine cover and the speed control cable, which could cause the throttle to stick when the accelerator pedal is fully or almost fully depressed.
Action: The engine cover will be modified as detailed in the associated service instructions and a revised rear stud and grommet assembly installed to raise the cover to provide additional clearance.

Defect: Due to misplacement of the cap ply, tyres may lose pressure through a crack in the butyl layer. This may have an adverse affect on vehicle control.
Action: Recall the affected vehicles and check/replace the tyres as necessary with a different construction tyre.
