Driver alertness

Driver Awareness education is now offered throughout the UK as an alternative to prosecuting drivers for careless driving offences and/or imposing fines and penalty points. The National Driver Alertness Scheme course, a key course within the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS), aims to create safer communities and reduce the chances of you being involved in future incidents.

Why should you attend this Driver Awareness course?

  • Local venues available throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland
  • Drivers say they benefit from the experience
  • Choose a date and time that suits you
  • Easy to book online or by phone
  • Avoid a court appearance

  • No pass or fail tests

The driver alertness course (originally known as the Driver Improvement Course) takes one day to complete and the price will vary depending on the training venue location you choose.
